What do I offer?
Yes I mainly teach voice, but I also teach piano and flute!

Virtual lessons are available for ages 13 and up for voice and flute.

Individual Private Lesson - $70/hr(30 min, 45 min, 60 min lessons available)

Master Class- $120/hr(1.5 hour minimum)

Teaching Philosophy
I think that a positive teacher, student relationship is important in order to learn and to develop a love of music.
I am very passionate about cross training singers so that they have access to more sounds and colors, even if they specialize in one style. I believe that more exposure to different sounds and styles can only help a young student find their passion. Besides vocal technique, I also teach my voice students basic theory and aural skills. If a student is interested in songwriting I also provide feedback for their pieces.
I have prepared students for recitals, competition, and auditions. I have also conducted master classes in high schools, working with students quickly.
In my piano lessons, I do my best to keep the lessons engaging. With younger students, I play games that work on music theory and aural skills. Many of my older students have had interest in composition and I guide them in that as well, explaining different theory concepts like chord progressions and functions as well as more advanced theory, if the student is ready, to give them ideas on what their music could sound like.
Every year I have at least 2 recitals for my students as well as encourage them to participate in Music as Medicine events around Atlanta to bring their music to those without access to it.
